- Tritura los garbanzos con un tenedor o procesador hasta formar una pasta gruesa (no completamente lisa).
- Sofríe las verduras:
- En una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva, sofríe la cebolla y el ajo hasta que estén dorados y fragantes.
- Mezcla los ingredientes:
- En un bol grande, combina los garbanzos, la quinoa cocida, las nueces molidas, la cebolla y el ajo sofritos.
- Añade la harina de avena, el comino, el pimentón, la sal y la pimienta. Mezcla bien hasta formar una masa consistente.
- Forma las porciones:
